Hi Guys,

Is anyone else having trouble accessing servers and VPSs located in the data center of the Texas of knownhost?

I am not able to access my servers and VPSs and KnownHost website also. Tracert from my end is showing issue under Collo4Dallas. I am asking here because I an not able to open a ticket, because as I saied I can not access KH wesite to open a ticket.

now i successful open a ticket in KH helpdesk. Maybe soon I will get a answer about the problem.

Formas,

We do not experience any problems within the TX (or any other) network at the moment. Please PM me with the traceroute result and your local IP so we can check this further.

Hello,

We do see your ticket has been entered and we have provided you with a reverse trace. Currently I'm not showing any spikes or loss in our network but it appears one of the links your ISP is using is showing heavy packet loss at the moment.
