MediaLayer server down

I'm on one of MediaLayer's servers (berlin.medialayer.net), and it's been down for at over 3.5 hours at this point. Their network status site doesn't have an entry for this issue and they have not replied to my support requests. While I recognize that it's a Sunday, they are well-regarded for their uptime and support; so it's all a bit troubling.

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with their account at berlin server?

This server appears to be back up and they've posted an entry to their status site. Let's hope that handles it.

Yes, that was my typo in the host name. That said, it was down and only now came back online.

Hi,

There was a hardware failure (RAID controller related) which affected this system. It unfortunately took some time to rebuild the array and for the machine to go through a fsck (file system check), but everything is sorted now.
