Anyone else having such problem ?

Packets: Sent = 383, Received = 162, Lost = 221 (57% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 300ms, Maximum = 705ms, Average = 314ms

Run pingplotter, or tracert and give us the result here

Have you opened a ticket with us? If so, what is the ticket number?

We have had no known network issues so it could very well be rules with your IPtables, firewall, rate limiting, application you are running, etc. If you have any further information or issues feel free to open a ticket and we would be more than happy to take a look.

Hi john my server is constantly down. I have been told about the DDos attacks on your network. Right now my server cannot be ping again.
