Is anybody else having problems with them? my two server with them are having problems, unfortunately, their support (as always) is not cooperative assisting us nor answering "emergency" tickets in time manear.

What's the exact problem? Do you notice small packet loss or something else, as their site is loading just fine?

I'm seeing at this moment 80% of packet loss. I have been reporting the problem for over 3 days already.

Yes, redirected to voice mail box. Support is taking over 12 hours in answer emergency tickets.

An again losing 90% of packets since the last 4 hours, no response from their support either.
