What happened to

They appear down. Are they out of business?

Their billing system is online and no they are not out of business. Please refrain from making statements like that when you know nothing about their financial status. At times it can cause customers to open tickets or panic because they think it's true.

Yes they are down. Ernie can explain something about this.
However, I am sure that they are not out of business.

I was waiting for Ernie to reply but he's busy dealing with the DDoS they're receiving (He told me so in a PM), their billing system is inaccesible for me but both my reseller account and my VPS are up, good luck for them with this attack.

None of our clients accounts are effected by this issue. Just to clear that up.
