HostXNow down?

I had some of my forum members contact me this morning to notify me that the forum was down. On trying to get onto HostXNow to get in touch with someone, I get a message
"This page is currently offline. However, because the site uses CloudFlare's Always Online technology you can continue to surf a snapshot of the site. We will keep checking in the background and, as soon as the site comes back, you will automatically be served the live version. Always Online is powered by CloudFlare | Hide this Alert"

I have managed to create a ticket by emailing the support email but cannot access this ticket online so I'm unsure if anyone on the team will receive it or be able to respond to it.

Obviously due to the nature of a forum, I'd love to get the forum back up and running ASAP - please can anyone else on HostXNow let me know if they're having problems too? Chris, or anyone else, can you please update me/us?

Apologies, the small amount of downtime was caused by a licensing issue with a 3rd party provider. But we did resolve the issue within just a few minutes.

I hope you have had a good experience up to now.
