There was another DDOS attack so they themselves also confirmed the 10 minute outage. Are such outages normal for datacenters? Continuum is my first datacenter that I am using for my colocation equipment.

In today's world is quite uncommon inside the USA & Europe unless you are located in a "corporate datacenter" where they do not typically have anywhere near the network capacity (they don't need it).

Outside the USA on the other hand, unfortunately still rather normal while technology catches up.
