Anyone on here with them? You can google search my name and find the company I OWN! Also starting a thread for our client's which I am leaving soon (As flight is found) to Seattle to place a Restraining order to stop my data deletion. Thanks for the help stealthy. One of the guys over there answered and is placing a hold on the server until tomorrow for me to get a restraining order. New dedicateds are being built now in a different data center. They seem to be ok, but at the end of the day its still that one providers fault. I will post full details and up to the minute reports of how far we have been able to restore some offsite backups we have. Thank god our new data center is in one of the nets largest providers colo.

I was purchased a server from them and they take a 1 month to setup my server and many times their server goes down.

I was purchase this for linux but I move to new professional provider.

Still I have a 3 vps with them and all of my VPSs are offline since many days(maybe down due to solusvm exploit?)

Worst company ever, tried getting a server and never recieved it, took 1 month and nothing, disputed and they didn't even try to talk or respond back, worst company ever.

I bought 2 servers with them a few months ago, it took 3 weeks to setup, but then it was okay after that, there was ALOT of downtime. Then I ordered a 3rd server, this took 2 MONTHS to set up, and when it did get setup, there were constant problems, and nobody from RackD bothered to help.
Then my servers got taken down while I still have a month paid on them, they don't reply to any of my tickets, the whole ip range is down, it was connectable by another ip I had on that server, which also is down now.
Not happy.

About 1-2 months ago I purchased 1 dedicated Server, since then nothing has happened. I'm not expert on setting it up and just a week ago have I got a response to my ticket. They also has a mass amounts of downtime (Weeks after purchase were down 24/7). They are one of the most pathetic and untrustworthy hosting companies around and I would never suggest considering them as an option. Their support ignore me and same with the tickets. I'm currently trying to get a refund and I am disgusted with RackD.

They dont even care about the customer, there service is horrible and their support sucks, they stalled me 1 month trying to refund but disputed anyways and got the money and they just are resellers as well. there a australia based company who resells off whoever the company is they get it from.

Well for a final closing note on this thread,

Rackd.net refunded the money for the dedicated server (well PayPal did after no response from rackd.net), and had it online for a few days until this morning when even all of their sites went offline. They were saying something about "Ownership" changes that may come down, but now everything is offline.

I for one will be using the "REAL DATA CENTERS" instead of these cheap ones in the future. Hence the reason for the new types of packs we are doing too. Can't say here what they are, but I figure it this way, rackd.net taught me something about what types of providers not to trust.

We can only say that the good providers rise and the bad ones hopefully fall to ashes and stay there.
