Dear Valued Client,

Unfortunately, Server One with had to have the OS reloaded and we have the backups from the backup server on your way asap. The os is reloaded but we are awaiting for the one terabyte hard drive since the datacenter loaded the wrong hard drive of 500gb. We are very sorry and will offer compensation. We regret this issue and will complete this asap. We are very sorry. We have been very busy working and fixing this issue.

Thank you for your business,
RLS Hosting Team.

I even contacted support [at] rlshosting.com & rlshosting [at] gmail.com too

Also I posted on facebook at http://facebook.com/rlshosting and twitter at http://twitter.com/#/rlshosting/.

but no response till now........ WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I Lost all my emails on all my accounts because they linked to Google Apps through MX Entry on each cPanel.

No. You haven't lost everything. We are still trying to restore accounts and we tried to do it automatically but obviously rsync isn't working the way we want it. It wasn't 3 days too.

Its normal in this situation ticket replies getting slower, Hope they will fix this soon

Yes. It's normal. Luckily, only one server still has this issue. Not the other one where new accounts are being placed on. This issue is very rare and very time intensive.
