Paypal IPN issues?

Is anyone else having very large delays on the Paypal IPN? It seems to be taking 15 minutes for my system to receive the notifications from the IPN.

For the people who might be interested, I have gotten confirmation from Paypal on twitter: @Darthkatzs Delays with IPN have been confirmed. Hopefully it'll get sorted out quickly. ^PG
