It's been down for a couple of hours now. How's every body else on Cloud3k/RockMyWeb Las Vegas (NV) nodes?

FiberHub (There Data Center) is currently experiencing issues.. Refer to "BuyVM Down" for information on it.

Thanks, man.

Justin,

Came across this, all servers should be up. Some servers were online sooner than others due to the power failure causing file system corruption and us having to run an fsck to get servers to boot up properly.

And yes, CloudComputingLV is correct. We are in the Fiberhub datacenter.

The server is back up and I appreciate the help, Devon.

I know Devon from Cloud3k/RockMyWeb is on this forum. So answer my questions and tickets ASAP.

I have a Las Vegas VPS with Cloud3k, and now it is down for a few days. It is like down for a few hours, then everything is good, then it is down again!

Also, Cloud3k's control panel is updated and I am afraid they are losing user's data and MONEY.

It says:"NOTICE: All users will have to reset their password before their first login due to a new encryption process: Reset Your Password"

And there is no record of recurring charges, paid invoices etc

Devon, answer my questions now!

Three posts all within a half hour of each other regarding the same issue--if you're going to take the forums it'd be prudent to allow your host time to respond before opening new threads and raising hell

Threads merged. One is enough for an outage, thanks.

Hello,

Our billing system is in the process of being upgraded but has nothing to do with the downtime that was received two days ago. I don't see any open tickets regarding downtime so you will have to inform me of which ticket is yours?

As far as I know, all servers had been put back online by 10PM on the 26th.

Devon, My ticket ID: VD7K376

It definite has something to do with the Fiberhub datacenter problem.

Please resolve it ASAP!

The problem should be resolved, as noted in the ticket. The other tickets related to the billing system will be addressed soon.

Thank you.
