anyone on dc03r05ds29?

my friend who has a vps there says he's been down almost 5 hours and that tech support has responded saying fixed as of two hours ago (he reported it at 5 PM PST i believe) but it is still down, he has no network, can't ping the node but he can ping his other node.

anyone else? im reading some terrible reviews, tech suport has not responded to him in 90 minutes.

i'm sorry, there is no holiday in hosting and the holiday in the US is on the 4th. i regret recommending this company.

Not good news at all, they should have someone monitoring their system near enough all the time for dilemmas to rectify them quickly.

I hope your experience with them improves, I really do.

I reboot my server... Doesnt start. Its been hours now and they still havent simply booted it... I've had lots of problems with them, possibly moving on here if stuff isnt fixed by tonight.
