LevelHosting.ca My Site is Down - They Are Not Responding

My site has been down for over 8 hours and I can not log in to levelhosting.

Signed up in may and have all sign up emails and the email I signed up with nor my password work. When I go to reset my password, I am told that "No client account was found with the email address you entered"

I try to create an account so I can email support and I am prompted to place an order.

I send an email to support and sales and the email bounces back with "Your email to our support system could not be accepted because it was not recognized as coming from an email address belonging to one of our customers. If you need assistance, please email from the address you registered with us that you use to login to our client area."

I call the 888 number and voicemail 710 is not available.

So my question is - what happened to "You can count on us for prompt and helpful replies. NOTE: Technical Support is 24/7/365. "

Not a very happy customer right now and should this fiasco continue, I guess I will be contacting my card to issue a charge back since I cant get in touch with them to find out what is going on!

That seems like a very unfortunate sequence of events for you. The only thing I can suggest is try to contact them here on WHT: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?u=194646 or try their abuse@ or legal@ emails.

Thanks for your help. I have been trying to find a twitter acct update or something from them, but I keep running in to a brick wall.

I can't pull up their whois data to see if they have any other email addresses listed. I gave their number a call and was directed to voicemail, maybe you can try to leave a message?

i've been trying to subscribe to them usin gtheir 50% coupon ....
but the whole Levelhosting wesite is DOWN ???!!

what happend to them?

There website works fine for me and my website with them works fine as well... http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/levelhosting.ca
