Hi, my 3 servers with QuickPacket and the QuickPacket website are offline now.

There was a denial of service attack that has since been mitigated. You can follow our status updates on Twitter if you need more information during an outage.

I'm seeing packet loss on my nodes there as well right now, I've opened a ticket with them about it. Waiting for a reply.

As stated above, we post updates to Twitter when there is an issue. You can find the information about how to get access to the Twitter account in your welcome e-mail.

There are no issues at present. If you are having issues with your service, please open a support ticket.
