Did you try opening a ticket with them?

Its one of the bad things about buying from a reseller - you cant open tickets directly....

I have contacted reseller's support though

Hello cbarjaval,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble. At present, we are not experiencing any network or other issues in our Chicago facility which would result in your having trouble. The IP you referenced is not one of our test server IPs. The IP of our Chicago test server is 174.34.172.51. If you're having trouble, please PM me directly with your account information and I will be happy to take a look. Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly, either via e-mail to support@ubiquityservers.com or by opening a ticket via Ubiquity Motion at https://motion.ubiquityservers.com .

Doesn't look like a network / dc issue but is only related to your own server
Guess you can sort it out with the support department.

Has your reseller paid the bill?..

Our services in Chicago 3 seem fine.

Chicago 3 is fine for me. Could be the switch you are on. We had that problem last week. Not sure if it's the model switch they use or it just seems like it happens a lot because of all the switches they have. There are sure a lot of advisories on it.
