Black Lotus - Scheduled maintenance for 1/Aug/13 - 2/Aug/13

All,

I wanted to reach out to the community to let anyone who may be impacted that we are scheduling an emergency maintenance to commence in 2 hours in order to replace problematic elements of our core infrastructure.

Customers who are able to do so are advised to switch to backup systems, point away from proxies, and/or withdraw BGP as applicable.

support@blacklotus.net will be properly manned, but we expect delays due to high volumes. The telephone operators will be provided a canned message and will not have access to the most up to date information. All Black Lotus staff and engineers will be on deck either assisting with support or on site deploying the replacement gear.
