Yes in the outage section. I believe construction outside their facility cut their redundant fiber. It can happen to most facilities unfortunately. All you can do for right now is wait.

It's just been announced it should be up shortly.

Depends on Service Level Agreement; what type of up-time are they guaranteeing, and what does the SLA say about what occurs when up-time not met?

these companies do not have a solution for these emergency cases?
will we get 24 hours disconnected from the servers? we are in africa?

Shortly after it happened they had a group working on it. Some things simply take time and it could happen to anyone regardless of server pricing and such.

I understand that down time is an inconvenience to everyone, however you are moving to another provider rather then staying and waiting for an update or what they plan to do to rectify the problem so it doesn't happen again in the future? This can happen to any provider to be honest.
