Is anyone else experiencing very high packet loss?

# ping 64.191.72.x
PING 64.191.72.x (64.191.72.x) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 64.191.72.x: icmp_req=17 ttl=61 time=92.2 ms
64 bytes from 64.191.72.x: icmp_req=19 ttl=61 time=92.4 ms
64 bytes from 64.191.72.x: icmp_req=45 ttl=61 time=92.3 ms
64 bytes from 64.191.72.x: icmp_req=52 ttl=61 time=92.2 ms
64 bytes from 64.191.72.x: icmp_req=59 ttl=61 time=92.1 ms
^C

ping.ms is showing 75-100% packet loss

http://ping.ms/#burst.net also showing 25% packet loss from some locations.

Started about 2 hours ago. Logged a ticket still no response.

Been on hold 2 hours on the phone, and I just got cut off.

I'm only seeing their site down, but all of our servers there are alive and kicking. Could be an issue with their web server. Definitely not a network or provider outage.

BurstNET reports it was a DDOS:

That thread may be an interesting read as well. Anyway, their site is alive and kicking here.

You said a mouthful right there. It is like reading a script for a reality TV show. Just wish I wasn't affected by it.

I thought they just upgraded their network to a more "Enterprise" level.

Guess not.

Down, will most likely stay down for a while too.

Least i got an answer as to what is going on. Now i feel better knowing but i'm surprised your network can't handle the ddos? Hopefully you guys come out swinging

No, it can, we're just in the middle moving stuff around, and reconfiguring some things, as it was all just relocated from the old facility to the new.

My servers are down as well. Is this more migration, a DDOS attack, or just some reconfiguring?

Hmm, just went back up. burst.net is still down, though.
