Been down for about an hour now, our dedicated box + their entire website...

It's not us it's HostDime.com. Their whole datacenter seems to be offline, and that's where your server is housed.

Not much we can do from our end. You can follow their twitter feed for updates: https://twitter.com/hostdime

You will be credited accordingly for the downtime.

The whole data center is not down can be confirmed by loading www.vpslatch.net

Big part of it seems to have went down. At the moment everything is online and running from their end.
