INTERMEDIA

ALL SERVICES DOWN, EAST AND WEST SERVERS, THE PHONE, TOLL-FREE DOWN AS WELL. NO REDUNDANCY, NO ALTERNATE PATH, JUST NO DISASTER RECOVERY PLAN IN PLACE.

Intermedia.net Down!

Most of their public facing services are down. Their main website is up but there blog is down. Customer Exchange accounts and servers are intermittently available and showing substantial packet loss. Their status page requires you to login to see system status and that isn't really working.

Twitter hasn't been updated since the troubles on the 29th.

Intermedia phones are completely down, I assume they are using their own hosted VOIP. The main line rings several times and then goes to a busy signal.

Can't get through on the phone anymore. Was able to get the message they updated on their telephone system about the service being down for "some" users and at the time only the East Bay servers having issues. Now can't get through at all.
