Having some problems and cant seem to access FTP to fix them. No reply to ticket either since last night. Seen here that the host was for sale but not clear who bought it? Can anyone help?

Hi,

How's now ? Any response get from them.

I'm having the problem for quite long time.. ticket not reply and yes they did notice me having some administration changes and increasing time being taken for tickets plus numbers of ticket itself increase.

My current issue is that WHMCS license is invalid due to the changes of IP (just resolve regard DNS issue), untill now.. no response (I believe that this is not a big issue to them probably, so no need action first).

Thanks

Their official account in this forum is now disabled and according to the post the deal was finalized by them. Hope you should get a response from them. There is no other contact information available on their website so you are left with no choice other than to wait for their response in the ticket.

Sorry about ya'lls trouble. They are either experiencing some issues or have left the scene. In any sense, It's never good to not respond to a ticket...

I have now moved my sites over to another host. Seriously annoying when people just leave like this and don't have the common decency to at least inform people of what they are doing or at least give people some warning. Real cowboys. They should all take a note of Midpulse (I think?) who notified everyone 2 months in advance and were responsive and able to help customers until the very end.

Shared hosting plans are fast and fast customer service is always prompt in responding to tickets. I would definitely recommend them for any web hosting needs.

You gotta remember that when hosts are sold, they are not sold to the best person, but to the highest bidder. Anyone experienced wouldnt have taken on that company (or at least not at the price he was asking for) It would have most likely been taken over by a noob looking for a turnkey business.

You know, when I get the brakes changed on my car, I make sure I get it done by a proper company, I dont get why the same isnt done for webhosting.
