Hi,

We host our site with them for redundancy. The server housing their website and billing system has been offline for days. The last communication that was had with their clients as far as I can tell was Sept 24th. Anyone have any updates on this?

They could be experiencing some kind of server issues, since connections on ports 80 and 443 to their web server results in "Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused".

Do they have a phone you can call ?

Hello

Our server is down AT THIS MOMENT; but is not down for days for sure.
We have our servers at securedservers.com and their support is sucking lately, we are planing to move there if they don't improve it.

Hi Jedito-

Really sorry to hear of your experience with our company. Would you mind shooting me an email at tj @ phoenixnap.com so I can personally follow up on this issue for you.

I absolutely want to make sure we're doing everything we can to make your experience with us a great one.

I'm going to send you an email, but I can tell you for sure now that your techs are not doing everything that can be done to help me. Meanwhile you can check the ticket 648638

And then 648639, 642055, 646732 and finally 647606.

While all this happens Matthew R is pissing me off so much on chat.... he looks unwhilling to help and giving rounds instead of try to fix this as soon as possible.

TJ, server is back, but you need to check the Matthew R job, with me at least, was HORRIBLE today. Besides that took 2 hours to do a simple reboot, that was handled by another tech though.

I did use secured servers for a bit and we did have an issue but TJ and their support manager owned it and ensured things were fixed. We got our own hardware after that and still have it even after my companies LLC no longer exists (I just run a small partnership operation now). The site is back up though and working fine. Thanks fro promptly dealing with the sites downtime.
