Medialayer down?

I have a site on Medialayer, and my website is down for about 5 hours.

I sent a support ticket but I'm still waiting for a reply, Its been about 5 hours.

Anyone else is having issues with Medialayer?

Are you on Tesla? Got a 'Too many connections error' thrown by MySQL there.

Yes, I'm on Tesla.

I'm getting Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

And my website and email is dead

Annoying.. I don't know what's wrong with them lately. I have even recommended them to my friends because of their fast response times.

You'd say MySQL failing would set off all kinds of red flags...

Annoying indeed, if at least one of the support staff can answer my ticket to get more info...that would be great.
