Been offline since 6:15. I assume it is not just me since I have been on hold on phone for a bit now. #FridayJustGotShotToHeck

We are up! No know issue with network or power at this time please call the network pager to escalate asap! If any status changes from our side we will update asap

Update 10/25/13 08:00 CST: We are experiencing some network issues on certain segments of our Dallas facility. Our Network Team is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will update this page as more information becomes available.

Just had that forwarded to me as well, it seems to only be a small portion of the network. Will update as soon as we have additional information.

Working through the issue, legacy optics had a problem and we moved the old connections over. Will update asap

The portion of the network that took the impact on the legacy optics has been back up after we moved it over to the new Infinera gear. Although I will update if anything changes.
