Hi,
we're not down, we added today NTT and Level3 carrier and some customer esperience no visibility.

Can you please send me traceroute details to matteob[at]seflow[dot]net ?

Traceroute sent. I do not see how adding providers should mean outage of 20-30 min. and one bag with support tickets for us.

after testing, for me i can't access seflow website or tracerotute it, BUT if i use VPN proxy i can easily access the site and server

hi WebHostDog your right and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Seems that we're not receiving correct routing table from some transit. We're investigating on it. For example from exchanges we not had any trouble.

Yes now is fine, it was down for like 20 minutes today and then again, but now seems fine.

Hi gurika,
as you see on twitter and facebook page we poted every couple of minutes to keep customer updated. Sometime troubleshooting intermittent issue (as in this case that only some transit are affected) is not immediate and accurate on first shot.

I confirm you that connection was back full functional 20 minutes later. We now found the root cause and already fixed it. We keep on eye some hours then we will send newsletter with all details

Is there a support email like support at seflow.net we can directly write in case we cannot open the site again ?
