Webhosting in Anhosting.com Has Been Down for 30min

My web hosting in anhosting.com is down. Have no access for HTTP or SSH, however it's PINGable. They've claimed that engineers are 'aware of this issue' and 'getting it restored'.

The IP is 174.127.109.216
Anyone is suffering the same problem?
