Anyone else in Miami - Burst having issues. Cannot reach 2 of our VPS servers there. Ips are starting 184.22.x.x

Not only vps having problems. I have a dedicated on Miami. Got it few days ago. My server on Scranton gave me so few problems. This server in Miami is crap. A full day with lag, disconnections, high latency pings...
