sago (atlanta) network issue?

anybody have network issue with sago now?

I have 8 servers on atlanta data center and it looks down now

and this problem is repeated this month atleast 4 times and each time the all servers goes down for more than 30 minutes.

yes there website is in tampa dc, my servers on atlanta dc

I opened emergency ticket since 30 minutes ago and there is no replay , I called support phone I got the message "mailbox full" when I dail the support ext. and after a couple of tries the technical emp says that let me check with the datacenter and i will replay the ticket and he is cheking since 15 minutes without any replay.
