Is 123 systems down?

Posted by John D, 11-28-2013, 01:33 PM
Hey,

I am on a network that is blocking 123systems for some reason, so I can't get their client area.

All my sites are down so I wanted to know if this is a server / network down or specific to me.

DNS10

Thanks

Still down, anyone know?

Hello John,

Did you update your nameservers with the new ones that were provided after the migration? An email was sent to you after the migration informing you that the nameservers would need to be updated at your registrar in order for your site to propagate properly.

If you have lost this email and require a copy for your records then please visit the "My Emails" section of the client area and locate the specified email. To save you the trouble of having to do so at this point in time, the new nameservers you should be using are below.

dns1.123systems.net
dns2.123systems.net

Thank you!

you can login at 123systems.net via some proxy like kproxy.com

And you can also use http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com to check if website is down for all or its just you.

"We are currently performing migration on our billing area and will have it available as soon as possible."

My sites are down for a few days now.

Hello,

I have looked up the domains on your account and I recommend doing as I have instructed in my previous post and updating your nameservers at the registrar with the ones that we sent you after the migration.

The reason for your sites being offline are for the reason I have described in my original response, you did not update the nameservers with the new ones we provided you with via email after the datacenter migration.

Thank you.

I just changed the DNS and the site coming up is from before May this year..

Posted by John D, 12-05-2013, 12:34 PM
Hey Andrew,

Do you know if old backups were used or were the sites migrated? Still don't know why it is showing from before May..

Posted by John D, 12-07-2013, 02:03 PM
Is anyone elses account down? I haventhad my sites online since the DNS / server was changed, that was because I didn't know it had changed though.

Even after the DNS was updated, no databases and the sites were from before May, now the sites aren't working at all, I checked that website and its also showing them down.

Yes, I'm down too... My other one with them is up though...

Sites still down, no replies to tickets.

When I did get replies over the week I kept being given the login to my account - Nothing more.
I dont need the login, I was asking why my sites are from before May.

After the sites are down, no reply at all.

Not happy at all...

Mine seems to be working without any problems

Finally got into the control panel, but wouldn't accept my username/password... (yes, username, password were correct)

Everything still down from me and still haven't had a reply to the ticket..

Is it just me now or anyone else still having problems?

we also have some huge issues, it seems to be a bad migration process

I'm on node VZ128DLTX -- still no response to ticket. I sent it in on Sunday, maybe the don't have full support staff on weekends...

Even with minimum support, I would expect a reply to let me know what is happening...

As I said before, my only replies are giving me my login details, not addressing the problem at all.

( I didn't ask for my login by the way... )

My last reply (With my login details...) was 4 days ago.

I got a response to my ticket about 24 hours later -- that's not too bad. However they asked for my IP address of the server, which I put on the ticket form you need to fill out and is even displayed under the ticket! Strange they would ask for it again...

I am working with you directly via your ticket to sort your issues. Sorry for the delay, this move has caused extreme delays in our responses and we do apologize for that.

Kendid,

With the latest version of WHMCS, it does not show your selected service in the administrator area of WHMCS (it lists all of your services.)

This is why your IP address was requested.

Thanks Guy's and sorry!

Thanks Andrew for explaining why the IP address was being requested - it did seem strange... I included it in the ticket for reference...

Look forward to being back online!
Thanks!

I've just gotten back to you on that ticket as well.

Thanks Kendid and I hope that solves your problems.
