ATJEU has issues?

Dear WHTers, Anyone facing issue with ATJEU right now? One of my server is not loading and the support ticket is showing OPEN for 30 minutes now. Usually they responds within 1-2 minutes so this is kind of annoying. Anyone having any such issues right now? Or network down or something? Regards, Masud
