Dallas, TX, August 25, 2003. Colo4-Dallas is pleased to announce the purchase of American Web Host. In February AWH moved all assets to Colo4-Dallas and has twice needed to expand space because of consistent growth. We have seen their ability to grow while remaining cash flow positive. That is what attracted us to their business.

Effective today Brad Galbraith will join Colo4-Dallas as Director of Marketing. He will be responsible for the continuing development of the shared hosting, dedicated server and "By the U" market along with expanding our current product line of colocation and wholesale datacenter space. Brad will be responsible for bringing specials to the WHT community.

Existing American Web Host customers can expect the same high level of service with the addition of 24/7 technical assistance. Brad will still be available to handle any questions or needs you may have.
