For immediate release.

TheRealms.NetWorks and CyberBite Hosting/Quincy Host.com have reached an agreement for TheRealms.NetWorks to assume control of all hosting accounts under CyberBite.com/QuincyHost.com after a few discussions of account and billing structures.

"This falls in line with my long term vision of growing our business and moves us forward as a solid web hosting solution in our customer's eyes", said Douglas Hazard, owner of TheRealms.NetWorks. "One of our key aspects is the fact that we are extremely customer oriented and strive to be able to meet or exceed all of our customer's web hosting and design needs, both for short term and long term."

"The decision to sell Cyberbite was a hard one, but was one that was brought on by several personal and family issues and we have made it first priority that the customers needs come first." Matthew Shields, President of CyberBite/QuincyHost said. "We believe that The Realms Network is one of the best hosting companies out there. So much in fact that my personal website will still be hosted by them."

CyberBite/QuincyHost customers will be moved over and will not have to worry about the transfer of servers. These customers will be moving over to a server that is extremely robust and that is a higher performance server than what they are currently on. Their current web hosting packages will also increase both storage space and bandwidth allocations.

These customers are joining a proven web host that has been in operation since June of 2000 and several existing satisfied clients and customers, some of them with TheRealms.NetWorks for over two years.

"Hosting prices will increase minimally for some and noticibly decrease for other customers, as we migrate them onto plans that match our current web hosting structure. These plans afford the clients and customers to be able to grow and expand their sites with ease without any immediate need for an upgrade of their packages. We will work with each customer to ensure that they are very comfortable with not only this transition, but with us as well," Mr. Hazard said.

"I look forward to working with Matt Shield's customers and striving to continue his excellent track record. I would also like to public extend my heartfelt welcome and gratitude to all of Matt's clients. Thank you for joining up with us, I hope that I can live up to your expectations!"
