Dear ThrillHost Customer,
This is an important note regarding your ThrillHost.com account. As you
may have noticed, ThrillHost.com has changed!

ThrillHost has been acquired by midPhase Services, Inc. Founded in 2003,
midPhase has until recently specialized in shared web hosting, but is
quickly establishing a name in the reseller web hosting market. midPhase
has won numerous awards, such as 100best Inc.'s "2003 Best New Webhost",
and Hostreview.com's "Top 15 Web Hosts". In addition, the previous owner,
and founder of ThrillHost.com's primary concern was finding a provider
that could meet the needs of his the customers, and he felt that midPhase
was a perfect pick.

Quick facts about midPhase:

24/7 Support
- We provide 24/7 technical support via email, and our helpdesk. Average
response times hang around the 15-20 minute mark.

Hardware & Connectivity
- For the time-being, we will be keeping ThrillHost customers on their
current servers; however, we have already contacted these datacenters to
add in additional memory to all servers, and we expect this to take part
within the week. We may eventually be moving customers to Equinix datacenter
(located downtown Chicago, roughly 10 minutes from our office), but we feel
that the current servers are well in capacity to handle current customers.

Backups
- Hardware, and in particular hard drive failures happen, so ThrillHost
servers will immediately be added in to our backup cycle, which is conducted
every morning between the hours of 2AM-4AMCST. This is to ensure, that in the
unlikely event of a hard drive failure, we have the most up-to-date data, and
can quickly have your website, and your customers websites back up with minimal
data-loss.

Contacting midPhase
- We make this as easy as we can, so we provide a number of options for this.
First and foremost, we provide a toll-free number that is accessible for roughly
20 hours per day. The number is 1-866-643-7427, or for international customers,
847-991-7963. In addition and as earlier mentioned, support should primarily
be conducted via email, or our helpdesk. We are currently in the middle of placing
a new web design up for ThrillHost, and by clicking "Support" at the top; you can
(will be able to) find a link that will direct you to the helpdesk, which is of
course manned 24 hours a day. We welcome all customers to contact us with any
questions, or comments. In addition, we will soon be launching forums dedicated
to Autica and ThrillHost customers, and will be sending an email to you once
this is available.

Will my plan and price change?
- Only if you want it to. We will be doing some work to the current plans, but
these will not affect current customers, by way of price, or features. Please
feel free to give us a call, or email sales@midphase.com for additional questions,
or for information on upgrading to the new plans, or even to Autica.com plans.

Will the name "ThrillHost" stay around?
Yes- we are going to keep ThrillHost, and will soon be actively promoting the
brand.

Lastly, we are moving all ThrillHost customers billing dates to the first of March,
which gives everyone the remainder of the month to be hosted for free! On the first
of March, the credit card that you have on file with ThrillHost will be charged in
the amount that you previously agreed with.

Please Note: Your billing URL, and login information has changed. To access the
billing portion of your account, please visit

http://thrillhost.com/support.shtmlSupport (Use the login box and select the BILLING
option.)

Your username will be your last name, and your password will be your first name.
In addition, be sure to put this is lowercase. Please contact dan@midphase.com with
any questions on logging into the billing system.
