Richmond, VA, March 17th 2004 - BLCC, a Delaware corporation, has acquired Platinum Shells, a New Hampshire propritorship for an undisclosed amount. This afternoon Platinum Shells agreed to the complete sale of its company, complete with hosting operations. Customers and domains names are being assigned to BLCC's AuroraLink subsidiary. Tangable assets have been sold to to an undisclosed competitor as part of the sellout. ABOUT - Black Lotus Communications Corporation was founded in 1996 and currently holds incorporation in both the state of Delaware and the Canadian province of Ontario. The company's holdings include Black Lotus: A server co-location, dedicated server, and local transit provider and AuroraLink: A web hosting and FreeBSD shell account provider. END
