Wholesale Internet, Inc. announces plans to aquire KCNetPro, LLC.

Kansas City, MO - June 16th, 2004 - Wholesale Internet, Inc., a leading supplier of custom data services, announced today that it had entered into an agreeement to purchase all assets of Kansas City based, discount hosting provider KCNetPro, LLC.

The all cash deal includes all equipment, customers, infrastructure and trademarks used by or owned by KCNetPro.

Current services will not be affected by the change of ownership.

"KCNetPro's business model will be very easy to integrate into our own," said James Zeller, President of Wholesale Internet. "and will compliment the other aquisitions we've made and are planning to make."

Both companies estimate the deal will be completed by July 1, 2004.
