ServerPlex Networks to acquire Bestreseller.com and all company assets

Milpitas, CA - July 9th, 2004 ServerPlex Networks, Inc., a leading and growing web hosting provider
based in the heart of Silicon Valley, announced today that it has entered an agreement with Bestreseller.com to acquire the reseller hosting client base of then Canada website hosting firm.
ServerPlex will retain the Bestreseller.com name and add it to its family of companies.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Company operations will be moved to the ServerPlex headquarters located in Milpitas, CA.
