As of today GNAX has opted in to the EU / USA Data Protection safe Harbor prgram.

this is important to all EU customers and in fact global customers since it deals with potential fines ans problems for EU based companies that do business with non safe harbor us companies as well as a positive statement of GNAX's intentions and policies on information privacy protection.

we feel this is a very positive step for us to show for our global customers.
