Enhanced Host answers the call for Plesk in the US

February 4th, 2005 - Aussie Hosts is pleased to announce that it has re-opened Enhanced Host (www.enhancedhost.com), its US based Plesk hosting division, in response to an enormous amount of requests for the return of this much sought after service.

In July 2004 Aussie Hosts announced that Enhanced Host was closed to all but existing clients, whilst they concentrated on establishing a firmer base for their Australian operations. During the second half of 2004 Aussie Hosts has moved their Australian client base from three different facilities in to their own rackspace in the Pipe Networks datacentre, Brisbane. "Pipe Networks was chosen for their premium level of customer service" said Gary Meadows, owner of Aussie Hosts. "I have known Steve Baxter since the mid 90's when he first ventured in to the ISP arena with SENet in Adelaide, and feel confident that our Australian customers will be best served on the Pipe network. In order to maintain our good name as a top Aussie Host, we need to choose our technology partners carefully."

Currently ranked the Number 1 Web Hosting Top Buy by the PC User Magazine, Aussie Hosts has asserted its precendence as a leading Plesk hosting provider in Australia and the US, with its dedication to after-sales support. Both Aussie Hosts and Enhanced Host went through a tremendous growth period in 2003, and used 2004 to concentrate on re-evaluating and refining all aspects of their customer relations, to ensure that they sidestepped the usual "growth pains" associated with an increasing customer base.

"Our new range of single and multi-domain plans adds a new dimension to our Enhanced Host service." said Meadows. "Previously we have concentrated on single domain plans, but we've reviewed client feedback and put together a set of plans that covers the broad spectrum of requirements that our clients have today".

Enhanced Host servers are located within the world-class EV1 datacentres in Texas, US. After touring the EV1 facilities in October 2004, Meadows said "We've tried many different US providers, but our time outside of EV1 has always been short lived. Nobody has come close to matching the level of service and support on offer. Robert Marsh is a man with commitment to this industry, and we know that gaining our own solid reputation has only been possible due to the level of service and support we receive from the EV1 team".

VPS services are being introduced to both Aussie Hosts and Enhanced Host during the first quarter of 2005, and Aussie Hosts have recently introduced fully managed servers in their Australian datacentre. With a number of other new products and services coming online within the group this year, Aussie Hosts is looking forward to another exciting year ahead.
