In a move to expand their customer base and overall niche in the low cost hosting market, BudgetHost Inc. (www.budgethost.ca). has acquired Thrifty-Host.com, including all assets and clientele.

"Ease of use and reliability were the main concerns when selling our company came to mind, Thrifty-Host.coms former owner Mark Cooley says. BudgetHost fit all the criteria we had set for any potential buyer as our customers have always been our main concern. We are convinced BudgetHost and their staff met all this criteria and will take care of its clients in a top notch fashion.

Of the purchase, BudgetHost Inc. co-owner Greg Lubbelinkhof says, "Thrifty-Host has developed a position in a niche that we wanted to obtain and improve upon. Thrifty-Host will be merged with the BudgetHost Inc. brand through their flag-ship site http://www.budgethost.ca and will now enjoy 24x7 technical support the same service offered to all customers.
