RAYTOWN, MISSOURI - HostNetway Internet Services (http://hostnetway.com) released their new service, AnoniRep on Monday, September 5th, 2005. The AnoniRep service allows the option customers to use HostNetway to provide support to their end user customers. HostNetway realizes that not all users have time to provide support to their customers, which by high demand, was the most requested service to be added. The service also guarantee's a 30 minute average response with 24/7 support provided to the customers help desk, SupportTrio, which is included in the service pack to HostNetway's AnoniRep customers free of charge (usually a $279 value).

"The AnoniRep addon service does cost, however when compared to different web hosts that offer end user support, we are the only company to guarantee a 30 minute reponse time to their end-user customers." says Kenneth Odem, founder and CEO of HostNetway. "AnoniRep is just one of many bundles to be released from HostNetway, and by the end of this year, we will have much more services, and also free services included with our multi-domain hosting plans".
