On December 29, 2005, Warp-Factor Technologies celebrated its fifth year in business as a web hosting service provider.

Warp-Factor Technologies, a leading web hosting service provider, today announced its fifth year anniversary as a web hosting service provider.

High Springs, Florida (Dec 29th, 2005) Corporate Headquarters -- Warp-Factor Technologies, a leading shared and reseller web hosting provider based in High Springs, Florida, today announced its fifth year in business. Initially incepted as "The Website Wizard" in December 29, 2000, the company has grown extensively nearly doubling its active client base each year. The company later changed it's name three years after it began on December 29, 2003 to Warp-Factor Technologies, a brand name which it uses to this day.

"I am pleased to have accompanied this succesful brand through the last five years as its founder, owner, and CEO. It has truly been a pleasure to be at the helm of this trend-setting enterprise, which has served as a model for other web hosting services," stated John Morris, Warp-Factor Technologies Owner and CEO. "I am proud of the company's achievments and of the hard work put forth by those who have made this business not only a success, but a reality," he said.

Warp-Factor initially provided services solely to those who had contracted the then-fledgling to do website design and management work.

"Web hosting was definitely not in our master plan early on. The initial vision was to serve as a premiere website development firm which offered web hosting to its customers as an added service and profit-providing solution. After about a year of this type of service, we began phasing our web design service out of the picture and began primarily focusing on web hosting services," Morris added.

As of this time, Warp-Factor provides web design services only to large contracts and local businesses. The company no longer actively seeks long-distance website design, development, or management contracts.

Warp-Factor's focus on web hosting services has grown deeply. In September of 2004, Warp-Factor officially launched its Warp-Servers division. Warp-Servers dedicates itself to providing quality managed dedicated server solutions. In October 2005, Warp-Factor announced plans to develop Warp Voice, a Virtual PBX telephone system solution for small businesses. Virtual PBX is based off of a web hosting and server-driven platform, rather than expensive hardware and equipment.

"We're going to keep expanding our solutions. Warp-Factor has innovative ideas which we apply to our solutions on a daily basis. There isn't a day that goes by where we do not discuss new features and products to add to our expanding list of services. While most ideas are discarded, some are rapidly deployed while others are put on the sideburner to simmer until we are ready to incorporate them into our business model," commented Joseph Watson, Warp-Factor's Chief Accounting Manager and a member of the company's development team.

Warp-Factor Technologies continues to be an innovator in the web hosting industry. Warp Voice will be the first Virtual PBX service developed solely by a web hosting enterprise. Because Warp Voice is a web hosting-based service, Warp-Factor will bring an added level of experience that no other Virtual PBX provider can compare to.
