Here are just a few of the new features we have in store for you.

Over the past few months, our community forums have become a primary place for Network Status updates as well as client discussion. We encourage each and every one of our clients to register, which is free of charge. The customer with the most posts on our forum by January 31st, 2006 will have their data transfer allowance doubled. You can visit our forums at http://forums.zeonfx.com.

--> 99.8% Uptime SLA <--
Effective immediately, we now guarantee 99.8% uptime on each and every website hosted by us. This means that your websites will not be down for longer than 90 minutes each month, excluding maintenance. Should your website(s) be down for longer, you may contact billing@zeonfx.com during the month in which the extended outage took place. We will then credit you the following way:

100% - 99.8% Uptime, no credit.
99.79% - 99.7% Uptime, 5% credit. (of your account's recurring fee)
99.69% - 99.6% Uptime, 15% credit.
99.59% - 99.5% Uptime, 25% credit.
99.49% - 99.4% Uptime, 35% credit.
99.39% - 99% Uptime, 50% credit.
Below 99% Uptime, 100% credit.

--> 24 Hour Support Response Time SLA <--
Effective immediately, we now guarantee that all support requests and tickets will be responded to within 24 hours. If they are not, each hour in excess of 24 will entail a 5% credit (of your account's recurring fee) with a maximum of a 100% credit.

--> Free Offsite Account for Resellers <--
All resellers are now eligible to have a free offsite hosting account, with 50MB Disk Storage and 2GB Data Transfer. This offsite account can be used for a status page in the case of outages. To request an offsite account, please send an e-mail to admin@zeonfx.com.

--> Toll-Free Phone Support <--
Effective immediately, we now offer toll-free phone support.. The number is (888) 303-6734.
