We would like to announce that on January 1, 2006 we reached an agreement with allin1websolutions.com to purchase their client base and dedicated server services.

We currently have all the servers shared and dedicated on our monitoring system and have for some time. We have been doing all the server management on these servers for about 2.5 years so we are very familiar with their workings. Three servers are shared hosting servers. Our plan is to get all the new clients in our billing database after this we will schedule to have new servers brought online and move the shared hosting clients to those new servers.

We hope to make this a smooth transition for all the new clients.
