We've just sent out the following email to our customers, and we would like to take this opportunity to share the good news with the WHT Community as well.

We'd like to take this opportunity thank everyone who supported us throughout our migration to our new datacenter facility in Brooklyn, NY. While migrations of this type are always a challenging task, we were able to complete the process with minimal downtime for most customers. We appreciate your support and continued patronage.

Today we want to share some very exciting news with you. In early January, EZZI.net was purchased by Access Integrated Technologies, Inc. (AccessIT).

Access Integrated Technologies, Inc. EZZI.net shall integrate and operate under AccessITs Managed Services Division, which currently serves a variety of clients and enterprises, including financial, legal and healthcare. In addition, AccessIT provides solutions for traditional voice/data competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs), Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Application Service Providers (ASPs), and storage outsourcers. From disaster recovery planning to equipment monitoring and management, AccessIT Managed Services provides an integrated approach toward servicing customers and supports a wide range of services not otherwise found through a co-location provider.

EZZI.net will continue to provide Dedicated Server Solutions as well as Virtual Private Servers, as it has in the past. Becoming a part of this larger organization will enable EZZI.net to broaden its service offering to include Advanced Backup Services, Management Services, Advanced Custom Firewalling, Load Balancing, as well as a significantly larger selection of servers and options.

We want to assure you all that the dedicated EZZI.net team who has been supporting you remains intact and will be significantly strengthened by this acquisition.
