Voxel Dot Net Combines Strategic Hosting Facility and Dark Fiber to Extend Reach

OAK BROOK, Ill., Feb. 14 -- Looking Glass(R) Networks, Inc., a facilities-based provider of metropolitan data transport services, announced
today it has entered into a multi-year agreement with Voxel Dot Net, Inc., a privately held New York-based managed services provider, for Looking Glass'
DarkGLASS(SM) dark fiber services, EtherGLASS(SM) Ethernet transport services
and CentraGLASS(SM) collocation services.

Voxel Dot Net chose Looking Glass for its diverse dark fiber transport
capabilities, allowing for virtually unlimited scalability for its high
bandwidth clients. "Given the rapid growth of our network, our own dark fiber
ring was the only real option," says Raj Dutt, chief executive officer, Voxel
Dot Net. "We were able to expand our network to key carrier hotels in the New
York metro area, including Equinix Newark, 111 Eighth Avenue and
Telehouse -- all initially interconnected with 10Gigabit Ethernet speeds. Our
ability to reach transit providers and peers is maximized. This ultimately
results in a better performing, more resilient network for our customers."

In addition to its transport services, Looking Glass also delivered 3000
square feet of private datacenter space to Voxel, built to custom
specifications. "We had one account manager work with us from planning to
production and Looking Glass was able to get the entire space constructed
within 60 days," continued Dutt. "We are now less than a millisecond away
from all major carriers in New York. We have much better connectivity than
what we'd have in a single carrier hotel."

"Our CentraGLASS hosting service was a natural extension to Looking Glass'
current product offerings and providers like Voxel Dot Net are exactly the
type of customer this service was intended to benefit," said Nick Lenoci, vice
president sales and marketing, Looking Glass Networks. "We are pleased that
our hosting service was an excellent fit for Voxel Dot Net's immediate
requirements and we are able to offer a wide variety of complementary
services, including additional space in the New York and Washington DC hosting
facilities, for the company's future needs."
