intelligent technology solutions, inc., is pleased to formally announce the completed acquisition of Remly Communications. The deal provides an influx of capital investment to Remly Communications allowing an aggressive expansion into the National Marketplace. Additionally it provides i.t.s. with an outlet for managed hosting and web hosting services which were previously outsourced to 3rd Party Partners.

The Remly Communications and Remcom.net brand provides a new market for advanced services for the company which will enhance the growth of both companies. The new organization will operate under a single umbrella which will maximize resources and lower the cost of operation.

Jonathan VanSchaack, Owner of Remly Communications says, “The company was in a transition period where I needed to make a decision between consolidating or expanding. The offer from Joe made it possible to further expand and grow the way I have always intended”.

The deal which has been in the works for 6 months was culminated with the consolidation of servers and relocation and expansion of Remly’s data center from Chicago to a Carrier Neutral Facility in Boston, MA.

intelligent technology solutions, inc. d/b/a Remly Communications, is pleased to formally announce the completed acquisition of ECP Hosting of Vancouver British Columbia. The deal further solidify’s i.t.s.’s position in the competitive national market of targeted web hosting and advanced services.
