HiVelocity is proud to announce the launch of our new web site. Our customers will be happy to know we have made many improvements and added many new features to assist in running a successful online business and adminstering a server. We have added an extensive knowledge base allowing customers to access helpful information on 6 operating systems and 5 control panels. Within this knowledge base we have information on all sorts of FAQ that come up day to day when running an online business. Our new customer forum will allow customers to communicate amongst each other and discuss all issues and topics related to their online businesses and being a HiVelocity customer. We have also added a section to our site with many Flash Tutorials on 6 different control panels. Our New Billing/Server admin suite allows customers to view MRTG, invoices, server information, contact information, open trouble tickets, open live chat and much much more. Remote Reboot will be added to this suite in the near future.
