Thursday April 19, 2007, HostFrog Corporation, a global leader in shared hosting, reseller hosting dedicated servers and colocation solutions has announced that Xanadu Servers, Inc has acquired shared and reseller assets of HostFrog Corporation.

HostFrog's founder and CEO Corey Haggard states "the acquisition will benefit both Xanadu Servers, Inc and we strongly feel it will benefit customers."

"We will be working with customers as this transistion takes place, to make sure that every last customer is getting the best customer service and support possible" said HostFrog Corporation's public relations director Bobby Moore.

Corey Haggard, HostFrog's founder and CEO announced "big plans are in the making, and we are going to make every effort to continue to make strides in the web hosting and ISP industry."
