I thought I'd post this with a bit of a personal touch, as the announcements have already gone out.

As of 07/05/2008, fumiNET LTD is under new management. The Dawson family (myself and Cherry) have sold off our share of the business, and are no longer affiliated with the company - we are moving into a different industry segment (SaaS development), and will be dedicating all of our time to this.

The level of time required to handle fumiNET was getting to the point of near-madenning, and rather than drag the company down - we decided to sell up and give someone else a shot. This was a result of the rapid growth that we did not expect.

All the necessary paperwork has been filed, and CompaniesHouse should have updated accordingly by now.

Alex Jenson is the new director (and majority shareholder), and whilst he's not a member of WHT - I'll point him in this direction.
